Softcup Review ~Detail ~

Here's a brief in detail review of Soft cup with a few simple How To's and some great links. Now,its a new year and defiantly a lot of y'all are looking for a change. As a  women we have to go through a lot ...Being on our menstrual is a big one that you have to go through in life. For some its painful some its a breeze yet to each is unique and calls for different needs and attention. Menstration can come with disorders also diagnosed by your physician  A point to bring up also if you don't feel right or are concerned please so make a appointment and consult with your doctor never second guess yourself your body will let you know if something is wrong or right.I have always struggled with my cycle but, for me what has helped is a few things 1.Softcup 2.Diet 3.Exercise 4.Water 4.Sleep 5.Education . Today I'm going to talk about number 1. Softcup and my review on it .

What to do first:

  • Get the manual read it carefully.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with a natural soap
  • Just for extra ..some Purell after washing apply like it says so on the bottle
  • Only take out the cup when ready to use so there's no contamination

(You can get hand sanitize for cheap)

This is what Softcup looks like out the pack it comes in its about 1.5 inch in size
1.
Here's what the cup looks like its about 1 in deep-This cup is where the fluid stores until emptied
2.

Once you find a comfortable position where its sitting or standing knees parted slightly clamp in the middle making a figure 8 shape.
3.

Hold it straight still in the clamped figure 8 position ,Relax find your base.
4.
Slant the cup downwards and back at the base going towards the cervix  once in gently curve making a U buy inserting in slanted sliding softcup in as far back as you can (no worries theres no way it can disappear permanently )and letting  it  lock in to the cervix it will lock onto the cervix on its own. If not simply take your pointer finger or middle and find the rim gently press up you should feel it.. tap the top ensuring its in place if you do this. The cup should rest like number 1.  When in properly you shouldn't feel it make sure it is locked to the base bone so there's no leakage. It may take you 2-4 times getting the hang of it with no leakage so wear a liner on your first tries.
5.
Afterwards check after about 10-15 mins once gravity pulls and your cycle flows if you see half dollar leak its not in correctly please remove and try again repeating the steps. If its leakage like when your wipe that's normal you may see that no need to be alarmed.

The cup easily expands itself to fit the form of your body naturally so that you don't feel it it works with your body it listens to your body. Now, I had mentioned it prevented my menstrual cramps I believe it does so because the cup doesn't apply pressure, and they are natural fitting.

Once you get used to them you can place them in a Softcup purse pack these cost around 5.99
This is how the purse looks inside it holds to cups discreetly you can also customize the case or sew a cute pouch to put it in I've made 2 so far.
